The Old Koke Plant
The Old Koke Plant opened its doors in September of 2022 after 4 years of planning, research, design and construction! Every effort was made to ensure Old Koke Plant offers the latest in convenience store technology and product mix, and provides the public with options that other convenience stores do not. From healthy food selections in three separate grab and go merchandisers, specialty drinks and craft beers inside our oversized beer cave, to hot southern delicacies served up on a 24-foot food line, anyone can find something to satisfy their appetite. Stocked with all your favorite traditional snacks, we also keep a diverse assortment of other offerings, many procured from local sources and producers. Four checkout points including an easy-to-use self-checkout make getting in-and-out a breeze. If that is not fast enough for you, place an order online using our toast app or give us a call and pick up all your favorite Koke Plant goodies at our drive through window. At the pumps we offer all three grades of ethanol and non-ethanol fuel as well as highway diesel, and our 12 fueling stations ensure you will be back on the road in no time.
The distinctive architectural design of the building harkens back to the time when the site was home to the Brookhaven Coca-Cola bottling company, hence the name Old Koke (sic) Plant! The inside décor is also in keeping with the Old Koke Plant theme, while paying tribute to James D. Powell, longtime owner of RB Wall Oil Company; and Sherry Jean, wife of owner Ken Powell. Ample lighting inside and out provides a very inviting, safe atmosphere for all our patrons! When planning the construction of The Old Koke Plant, the guiding sentiment was to provide a store experience that was unique and exciting. We believe the Old Koke Plant, a new generation convenience store, does just that!
